Simon Mignolet racked up over 100 appearances for the Black Cats between 2010 and 2013, after making the switch from his hometown club Sint-Truiden.
Along the way, the Belgian stopper produced some magnificent match-winning performances and was awarded the prestigious North-East Football Writers’ Player of the Year for 2012.
