Elliott Dickman has selected an attacking side for tonight’s Premier League International Cup final at the Stadium of Light (KO 7pm).
Joel Asoro, who would become the top scorer in the tournament with a goal, starts alongside Josh Maja up top, with Lynden Gooch, Rees Greenwood and Elliot Embleton backing up the dynamic duo.
USA international Gooch returns to the under-23 fold following a cameo appearance against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium just 24 hours ago, with Donald Love also included in the starting XI.
Max Styjek starts in goal as Josh Robson, Denver Hume, Tom Beadling and Love complete the back four.
