Sunderland AFC are currently recruiting Matchday Hosts, who will be able to demonstrate superb customer service and communication skills.
The role is only on a matchday (which can be either a weekend or an evening) so could be balanced with your main job or other commitments. The successful candidates would be expected to ensure all corporate clients are looked after as professionally as possible, providing a quality customer service at all times.
Other duties involve the setting up and organisation of the designated Suite/Room, following the matchday itinerary, responding to any customer feedback and building customer relationships. You will be dealing with any customer enquiries and resolving any concerns as they arise on the day, reporting information needed for the pre & post match team briefings and liaising with catering and bar staff to ensure the best level of service possible.
If you feel you have the relevant skills to join our matchday team then please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an application form.
