16-year-old Chris Rigg made his first-team debut for the Club against Shrewsbury last season in the FA Cup, becoming the Club's youngest outfield player at 15 years and 203 days old.
He became the youngest goalscorer in the Club's history with his goal against Crewe Alexandra in August 2023 and added to that by becoming the Club's youngest ever league goalscorers weeks later against Southampton in the Sky Bet Championship.
