Midfielder excited by attacking potential.

Seb Larsson says there's more to come after seeing Steven Fletcher impress on his league debut for Sunderland.

Fletcher bagged a well-taken double in a 2-2 draw at Swansea to get his goal tally up and running.

We've got enough quality to score goals and push on

The striker curled home from close range late in the first half and added a second goal soon afterwards when he turned home Larsson's free-kick.

Larsson is impressed with what he's seen so far and thinks there's more attacking magic to come from Martin O'Neill's side as they continue to gel.

“It was a great finish for the first goal and it's great that we managed to get him off to a flyer,” he said after the game.

“Steven is a goalscorer and his confidence will be high now. I think we still need to get used to the way we're going to play this season.

“We're still in last year's mode a little bit, where we didn't score many goals and there was that bit of insecurity.

“We've got enough quality to score goals and push on, and that will come when we get to know each other.”
