Digital ticket sharing: Family and friends

Supporters can share their digital season ticket by undertaking a few simple steps. 

  

Simply click here to log-in to your e-ticketing account and click the user icon located in the top-right of the page.  

  

From the pop-out navigation, select ‘view account menu’ and under ‘account management’, select ‘network’. 

  

You can then add family and friends to your network by hitting the 'Add friends and family' button. Add the supporters membership number and surname into the pop-up box and hit search.

 

Hit 'add member' when the member shows up on screen. 

  

You can view your networked members under 'Supporters in your network' as well as manage their permissions related to your account. 

  

Once your family and friends have been added to your network, click the user icon located in the top-right of the page and from the pop-out navigation, select 'manage tickets' under the selected games.  

  

You will now be able to select ‘forward tickets’ and select the supporter you wish to send your ticket to. 

 

Please note, ticket forwarding will be unlocked approximately a week prior to each home fixture, to give supporters ample opportunity to send on their tickets to friends and family.
