Ellis Taylor signed his first professional deal with Sunderland in the summer of 2021, after excelling in both the Under-18 and Under-23 sides during the 2020-21 season.
The teenager is naturally left-sided, and can operate at both full-back and further upfield out wide.
Taylor made his senior debut for the Lads in a Carabao Cup victory over Port Vale in August 2021.
