Supporters' guide: Lasses' host Manchester United

FA Cup action is back at Eppleton as Sunderland Women host Manchester United Women in the fourth round. (KO 1pm).

The Lasses beat Blackburn Ladies last time out in the competition – a 1-0 win at Bamber Bridge – while the visitors enter the draw in this round.

Secure your seat

A capacity crowd is expected but a limited number of tickets are still available to purchase on our e-ticketing website.

Supporters can secure their seat via the safc.com e-ticketing site as the Lasses return to DH5.

Tickets are priced at £7 for adults, £3.50 for over-65s and students and £1 for kids.

Due to FA Cup rules, both Eppleton and Stadium of Light season cards are not eligible. Therefore, everyone must purchase tickets for the game.

Tickets MUST be pre-purchased on our ticketing website, as there will be no purchase on the day. 

All tickets purchased online are emailed digitally and these tickets can be added to your mobile wallet, printed at home or the PDF can be saved on your device to present to a steward upon entering the stadium.

Getting to the stadium

Eppleton CW is accessible by car and bus. Please advised that there will be no public parking available at the stadium.

The Hetton park-and-walk scheme is in operation for this match day, with parking available for supporters at Hetton School (postcode DH5 9JZ) before a 10-minute walk to Eppleton.

Parking spaces are also available on a first-come, first-served basis at Barnes Street, Barnes Street Church and McMurnie's Butchers. There are approximately a combined 70 spaces across these two car parks, available to supporters.

Accessing the Stadium

Supporters will be able to access Eppleton CW from 11:45am.

All supporters can access the stadium via the turnstile closest to the main stand.

Inside the stadium

Please be advised that seating at Eppleton CW is unreserved and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Catering facilities are available in the Hetton Centre behind one of the goals, with snacks and hot and cold beverages available to purchase by cash and card. An additional catering van will be available on the day serving tea and coffee.

The game will be streamed live on the Lasses’ official Twitter account @SAFCWomen. Live text updates of the match will be available via Twitter.
