FAQs: Family Offer FAQs

Supporters wishing to take advantage of our family offer must purchase a junior ticket alongside an accompanying adult.

Purchasers will need to create an account for the U16/U14 ticket holder if it does not already exist, and add it to their network. If the U16/U14 ticket holder does not own an email address, it is fine to use the same email address as the adult purchaser for this new account.

Once the account has been made, select an U16/U14 ticket alongside the adult ticket from the stadium map for the Blackburn Rovers fixture. At checkout, the adult purchaser can then assign the specific U16/U14 ticket to the junior account, allowing the check-out process to be completed.

Existing season card holders who wish to take advantage of this offer, via a move to an available pair of seats, can visit the ticket office or email ticket.office@safc.com.

Instructions on how to add a family member or friend to your network can be found below:

1. Click here and sign-in to your online ticketing account.

2. On your account screen, click ‘my network’.

3. Click ‘search existing’ and add the customer number and surname of your family member or friend.

4. Click ‘select’ to add them to your network.

 
Children entitled to a free personal assistant will also need to be accompanied by a paying adult.
