Sunderland winger Jewison Bennette has received a call-up to Costa Rica’s squad for their upcoming CONCACAF Nations League games.
Costa Rica will travel Martinique on Saturday 25 March before hosting Panama on Tuesday 28 March in San Jose.
Bennette has 10 caps for his country with both of his goals coming in a friendly tie during a 2-2 draw with South Korea last year.
The 18-year-old’s call-up comes after 18 appearances for the Lads this season scoring two goals.
