Team news: Denayer replaces Pienaar

Jason Denayer replaces Steven Pienaar in the starting XI for today’s game against Hull City.

The South African misses the game after being sent off against AFC Bournemouth, with Denayer starting alongside Paddy McNair and Didier Ndong in a midfield three.

Victor Anichebe is fit to start despite suffering a rib injury against the Cherries, as Jermain Defoe leads the line as he searches for his 150th Premier League goal.

Jordan Pickford retains his place as Vito Mannone is named on the bench following a return to fitness, with Papy Djilobodji partnering Lamine Kone in the centre of defence.

Wahbi Khazri, John O’Shea and Adnan Januzaj are also named amongst the substitutes.
