Like many Sunderland AFC fans, Paul #WontBeHomeForTea, and with his auntie, Audrey Houlsby, set to miss the Checkatrade Trophy final, he wanted to do something special to make up for it, while also giving his mother, Eileen Gallant, a Mother's Day gift she'd never forget.
