Following the success of the inaugural Hall of Fame dinner, Sunderland AFC are delighted to announce that the acclaimed event will return for a second edition.
Sponsored by Stagecoach North East, the prestigious gala dinner will be held at the Stadium of Light on Friday 6 March from 6.30pm, as eight Wearside legends are honoured for their outstanding achievements.
Attendees will be treated to a drinks reception before heading into the legendary Montgomery Suite to enjoy a sumptuous three-course meal, while also receiving a commemorative programme of the evening.
Players from a variety of eras will be honoured, as ‘73 icons, Roker heroes and SoL standouts take to the stage to remember some of the finest moments in SAFC history.
The event will be compered by BBC Newcastle’s Jeff Brown, with Hall of Famer Jimmy Montgomery providing a safe pair of hands to distribute the awards.
