Five-year-old Sunderland fan Bradley Lowery is battling neuroblastoma and his parents are spearheading a massive fundraising drive to buy him treatment in the US.
The treatment, which is not available in the UK, costs £700,000.
Bradley was just two when he was first diagnosed and his family were later told he was in remission.
However, the cancer has returned and his family are now hoping Bradley can undergo antibody therapy in the US.
