Sunderland Under-23s' Premier League Cup fixture against Leeds United Under-23s will now take place on Sunday 10 October at the Stadium of Light.
Elliott Dickman's side take on United at 1pm, with tickets priced at £3 for adults, £1 for over-65s and £1 for under-16s.
Supporters are advised that tickets are available for purchase online only.
