Sunderland AFC can confirm Tom Beadling has signed pre-contract agreement with Dunfermline Athletic.
The defender will sign a two-year deal with the Scottish Championship outfit on 1 July 2018, following the expiration of his contract on Wearside.
Beadling, 22, joined Sunderland at the age of eight before rising through the ranks at the Academy of Light to become captain of the club’s under-23 side.
After spending time with Bury in 2017, the defender moved to Dunfermline in January 2018 on loan until the end of the campaign.
