Tommy Robson has joined League of Ireland Premier Division side Limerick on loan until the end of the season.
The Stanley-based player moved to Sunderland in 2012 from Darlington’s Centre of Excellence, and has since gone from strength to strength on Wearside.
Making his first-team debut on the final day of the Premier League season in May 2016, the promising full-back has featured 19 times for the Black Cats’ development squad this term.
