Can I move seats?

If you wish to move from your existing season card seat, please contact the ticket office.

Which credit cards are accepted by the club?

The club accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard and Switch. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment by Amex and Diners cards.

Can I pay for my season card with cash?

Cash payments are accepted, however, these must be done in person at the Stadium of Light ticket office. Please do not send cash payments by post.

What does my season card cover?

Your season card entitles you to attend all league home matches in the same seat but does not include cup or play-off games, or guarantee you the same seat for these matches. Please refer to our full Conditions of Issue.

If you already have an online customer account with us, simply log in using the link below and click on 'Season Cards' in the main menu.

Alternatively, if you do not have an account, use the Register link below to sign up.

This will allow you to purchase your own season card.

Can I purchase more than one Season Card online?

To purchase more than one season card, an individual account must be registered for each additional fan.

Once registered, these additional fans can be linked to your account by selecting ‘Friends and Family’ under ‘My Account’ and typing in their details.

This will then allow you to purchase all the required season cards at one time.

Can I purchase an Under 8 Season Card online?

Unfortunately this option is not possible, if you wish to purchase an under 8 season card, please contact the ticket office directly on 0371 911 1973.

Please note that proof of age is required before the Season Card is provided.
