Can I move seats?

If you wish to move from your existing season card seat, please contact the ticket office.

Will I get a new season card?

Your existing season card will be enabled for the new season, so please ensure that you retain it. If you have changed seats or price bands, however, you will be sent a new card prior to the start of the season.

Which credit cards are accepted by the club?

The club accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard and Switch. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment by Amex, Diners and Solo cards.

Can I pay for my season card with cash?

Cash payments are accepted, however, these must be done in person at the Stadium of Light ticket office. Please do not send cash payments by post.

Is the cup payment scheme still available?

The cup payment scheme is no longer available.

Is my seat guaranteed for cup games?

Your seasonal seat is not guaranteed for cup fixtures.
