Cash turnstiles will be available for Sunderland fans wishing to pay on the door at Priestfield Stadium this weekend.
The Black Cats will make the 600-mile round trip to the Medway ground on Saturday 7 December, kick-off 3pm, in search of three League One vital points.
Tickets are now OFF SALE at the Stadium of Light so any fans looking to get into the game will have to wait until the cash turnstiles open at 1.30pm on Saturday.
Fans are advised that all tickets are for unreserved seating, with a limited number of tickets available in covered seating.
