Sunderland supporters must have a previous purchase history and be recorded on the club's database to buy tickets for this game.
Burton Albion fans can also purchase tickets from the ticket office, but they will require proof of ID.
Tickets are priced from £25 adults, £19 over-65s, £16 under-22s and £10 under-16s.
The ticket office will be open from 10am until kick-off (3pm).
