Tickets for Sunderland’s EFL Cup tie on Wednesday 24 August (KO 7.45pm) against Shrewsbury Town at the Stadium of Light are priced from just £5.
The Black Cats started their Premier League season with a battling display against Manchester City with a Wear-Tees derby next on the agenda, but following the completion of Sunday’s game attention will turn to the EFL Cup.
Entering the tournament in the second round, Sunderland face the League One Shrews who are without a win in their first three league games.
They did however cause an upset in the EFL Cup first round defeating Championship side Huddersfield Town 2-1.
Tickets for the clash are priced at £10 for adults and £5 for over 65s and under 16s, while Black Cats Bar tickets are £25.
Supporters enrolled on the cup payment scheme at the beginning of season do not need to take any action as season cards will be automatically updated with this game.
Season card holders and Black Cat members have until 5:00pm Wednesday 17th August to purchase their seat.
Any unsold season card seats will be released for general sale at 09.00am Thursday 18th August.
Please note that if you purchase your seat within the priority period, season card holders will be allocated one Black Cat point per season card customer number.
