Sunderland AFC are leading the way in Sky Bet League One’s monthly awards nominations.
Jack Ross and Aiden McGeady have both been shortlisted, with the boss up for Manager of the Month and the wing wizard nominated for Player of the Month.
A gruelling February saw the Lads face five games in 15 days, but Ross managed his squad superbly during a hectic month, with a six-game unbeaten run yielding 12 points.
McGeady, meanwhile, was instrumental in the final, leading from the front and scoring four goals in six games.
The month started with a win as AFC Wimbledon were beaten on Wearside, with three consecutive draws following in Sky Bet League One.
And before the month was out, winning ways returned as Gillingham and Bristol Rovers were brushed aside.
The winners of both categories will be revealed on Friday 8 March.
