Jason Steele has joined Premier League club Brighton and Hove Albion on a three-year deal for undisclosed terms.
The goalkeeper, who joined Sunderland from Blackburn Rovers on a four-year deal in 2017, made 18 appearances for the Black Cats.
Previously at Middlesbrough and Northampton, the 27-year-old now joins Chris Hughton’s Seagulls on the south coast, and everyone at Sunderland AFC would like to wish Jason all the best for the future.
