New recruit Jake Clarke-Salter has been put through his paces at the Academy of Light this week as the lads prepare for Saturday's trip to Cardiff City.
The defender joined the Black Cats on a loan deal until the end of the season on Monday, becoming Chris Coleman's first signing since joining the club in November 2017.
