Team news: Grayson makes six changes

Simon Grayson has made a host of changes to his starting XI to face Everton in the Carabao Cup this evening.

Jason Steele starts in goal for the lads, replacing Robbin Ruiter while Billy Jones, Jack Rodwell, Donald Love, Darron Gibson and Lynden Gooch also feature from the off at Goodison.

Bryan Oviedo, Lee Cattermole, Jonny Williams, Callum McManaman and Ruiter start the evening on the bench.

Ty Browning and Brendan Galloway are unavailable to play, due to their loan agreement from Everton. Aiden McGeady, Lewis Grabban and Josh Maja remain sidelined for the Black Cats.
