safc.com caught up with Lynden Gooch who was left with mixed feeling at the end of Sunderland's defeat to Cardiff City.
While the American netted his first league goal for the club, Gooch's efforts came to nothing as the Black Cats suffered defeat on home soil to the Bluebirds who continued to soar.
