Adam Matthews replaces the injured Billy Jones as John O’Shea and Marc Wilson start in the centre of defence, with Ty Browning back from injury to make the bench.
Wales international Jonny Williams starts in midfield as Darron Gibson drops to the bench and Didier Ndong misses out, with Duncan Watmore amongst the starters.
Top scorer Lewis Grabban spearheads the attack and Aiden McGeady also features.
