Sunderland’s 10-year stay in the Premier League will come to an end on Sunday when the Black Cats travel to Stamford Bridge on the final day of the 2016-17 season.

Their record against Sunderland is also impressive having won 20 of their last 24 PL games against the Black Cats (D1, L3), but they have tasted defeat in two of the last six meetings.
Victory for Chelsea would see them become the first Premier League side to win 30 games in a season, with the Blues currently holding the record (29) for the 2004-05 and 2005-06 seasons.
Sunday’s game will be David Moyes’ 499th as a manager in the PL, with the Sunderland boss winning 196, drawing 135 and losing 167.
The occasion will also mark a milestone for John Terry who is set to end his time at Stamford Bridhe having made a record 491 Premier League appearances for the club with a 63%-win percentage.
