Sunderland have been tasked with a trip to Bury in Round One of the Carabao Cup.
The Black Cats will travel to Gigg Lane during the week commencing August 7 looking to put their name in the Round Two hat.
A confirmed date and ticketing arrangements will be announced in due course.
