Training gallery: Lescott links up with Lads

safc.com's cameras were at the Academy of Light earlier today as Sunderland continued to prepare for next week's clash with Tottenham Hotspur.

With no game this weekend, the Lads focus is on Spurs' impending trip to Wearside and the Black Cats have been bolstered by the arrival of Joleon Lescott.
