Week Ahead: On the horizon this week

The Lads are breaking for international duty this week, a rare period of downtime on the field.

 

Elsewhere though, the busy season continues, with a number of key announcements on the horizon. Furthermore, the Lasses head into a crunch River Wear derby on home turf.

 

Ticketing:

 

Information will be released this week regarding season tickets for the 2024-25 campaign. Keep an eye out for club news across our site, social and via email to be informed on renewal and new purchase pricing.

Tickets for our away trip to Leeds go on sale on Tuesday 19 March at 2pm.

Men's Team:

 

As mentioned, the first team enter a period of downtime with international duties taking some members of the squad away to link up on the global stage. Trai Hume and Dan Ballard will be joining the Northern Ireland set-up.

 

Women's Team:

 

It's the big one this week for the Lasses, who go into the River Wear Derby in a strong league position. You can still bag your ticket for as low £5 for this game. We're looking for a huge attendance to cheers the Lasses on!

 

Ahead of this important game, SAFC Women are amping up the spectacle at Eppleton. Alongside flag displays andface painting, supporters can also visit the Bob Paisley bar based in the Hetton Centre. Find out more about what's on.

 

Events:

 

Ticket sales for the End of Season awards continue to climb, as we look forward to what promises to be a special evening at the Beacon of Light. Find out more about the event here.

 

The Stadium of Light will host the Durham County FA Frank Pattison Challenge Cup Final on Wednesday 24 April (7.30pm KO). Find out more here.
