Men's Team and Foundation of Light Day
It's all systems go for our official charity ahead of the biggest day in their fundraising calendar - Foundation of Light Day. The players will support the 'Heart on Your Sleeve' campaign by wearing special matchday shirts that will be auctioned following the game.
In the build up to the fixture, the Foundation will be hosting Red and White Week!
Red and White Week will run from Monday 11 March, encouraging workplaces, schools, and businesses to designate a day for people to wear their Sunderland AFC shirts in return for a £1 donation.

This is the final fixture before the international break, with the Lads next returning to action on Friday 29 March away against Cardiff City.
Women's Team:
SAFC Women play London City Lionesses on March 17 away at Princes Park, with just five games to go in the season.
Focus will then shift to a huge River Wear Derby, where the Lasses are hoping to be supported by a record league crowd as they look to edge closer to the league title.

As part of Foundation of Light day against QPR, local supporters can still purchase two tickets for £20 (£10 each) via their local school or sports club. Following the match, £5 from every pair of tickets purchased will be donated to the school or sports club as financial support.
