Inspired by the Foundation of Light’s partnership with Veterans in Crisis, you can now download everything you need to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the end of World War 2.
The Sunderland AFC-themed activity packs include colouring sheets, DIY VE Day bunting as well as special wartime recipes for potato soup and scones – something all of the family can enjoy.

The Foundation of Light and Veterans in Crisis were recently successful in a joint bid to the Armed Forces Covenant Fund, securing £100,000 to reduce social isolation and tackle the issues that veterans and their families experience.
The funding will support the Foundation in delivering a range of fun, family-based activities at the Beacon of Light.
Since we can’t meet at the Beacon of Light right now, these activity sheets provide ingenious home-based alternatives to support veterans and their families.
