Max Power and Reece James paid a visit to the team at Martin Telfer Carpets after the Sunderland-based flooring superstore took out one of the club’s special sponsorship packages.
The pair had the red-carpet treatment as owner Martin took the lads for a look around the store, chatted with members of staff and talked all things SAFC.
Max was keen to meet up with Martin, and his wife Julie, after he signed up to be his official kit sponsor for the 2018-19 season.
Our player sponsorship packages are a great way to bring the club and local businesses together; they give the opportunity to meet your favourite Black Cats star and enjoy a VIP day out at the Stadium of Light.
For just £1,200, you will enjoy a special matchday experience in our Montgomery Suite at a game of your choice. Including a table for six people, a drinks reception on arrival, a pre-match tour of the dressing room, three-course meal and much more, it’s a day you and your guests are sure to remember.
As well as enjoying our hospitality, you get the chance to meet your sponsored player, who will present you with their shirt.
Added to this, your name or logo will appear on our club website and in the match programme for the full season for hundreds of thousands of people to see.
Players still available to sponsor include Aiden McGeady, Tom Flanagan, Reece James and goalkeeper Robbin Ruiter.
