Sunderland AFC have launched a very special fundraising campaign.
The 'For Bradley' initiative aims to create a holiday home for sick children and their families, providing opportunities for them to spend precious time together.
As part of the campaign, the club have created 'Bradley's Shirt' - special edition adidas home shirts which will carry the For Bradley campaign mark on the chest.
All money raised from the sale of the special edition shirts, which will be available from 9am on Saturday 18th November, will be donated to the Bradley Lowery Foundation.
