Sunderland AFC is delighted to confirm the signing of Timur Tutierov.
The 17-year-old striker has completed a permanent move to Wearside after leaving Ukrainian Premier League side FC Kolos Kovalivka.
Tutierov, who is currently training with the Club’s Under-18s, has signed a two-and-a-half year deal at the Academy of Light.
The forward scored seven goals in 15 appearances for Kolos’ youth side during the current campaign, whilst also being named in the senior matchday squad on two occasions.
Academy Manager Robin Nicholls said: “We are delighted to welcome Timur to Sunderland AFC. He is an exciting prospect and we are confident that we can provide the right environment for him to continue his development. Timur joins an exciting selection of players within our professional development phase and the staff are looking forward to continuing their work with him.”
