Sunderland AFC are delighted to confirm that nine academy players have signed new deals.
Jack Diamond, Lee Connelly and Jake Hackett have inked two-year contracts, while Brandon Taylor, Jack Bainbridge, Jordan Hunter, Owen Gamble, Jack Connolly and Anthony Patterson have penned one-year offers.
The news comes just 24 hours after Ruben Summat, Michael Collins and Ahmed Abdelkader were announced as the latest recruits into Elliott Dickman’s young side.
Speaking about the new contract, under-23 lead coach Dickman said: To see a lot of our players from last season sign new contracts is great.”
