Sunderland under-23s have pencilled in seven pre-season friendlies as they gear up for the 2018-19 campaign.
Kicking things off on Saturday 30 June against Silksworth Colliery Welfare, Elliott Dickman’s young Black Cats will then face Shildon three days later.
Fixtures against Sunderland RCA and Stockton Town follow before they enter the climax of their pre-season preparations away at Whitley Bay on Saturday 21 July.
The lads will then face Barnsley in a behind closed doors friendly the following week before rounding their pre-season campaign off away at Morpeth Town at the end of July.
