Tom Beadling has joined League One side Bury on loan until the end of the season.
Having been at the club since the age of eight, the defender rose through the youth ranks on Wearside before breaking into the development squad on a permanent basis in the 2013-14 season.
Since then, Beadling has trained with the first-team and become a regular fixture in Sunderland under-23s’ team, helping them to finish runners up in the Premier League 2 last term
Able to operate in midfield as well, the youngster showcased his shooting boots earlier this season as he scored a speculative strike in the Checkatrade Trophy at Wolverhampton Wanderers in December.
