Sunderland under-23s will return to Durham County Challenge Cup action at Stockton Town on Wednesday evening.
The Black Cats will travel to Stockton for a 7.30pm kick-off, with high hopes of kick starting 2018 in style.
Supporters wishing to attend the match can pay on the gate, with adults being charged £6 while concession tickets are £4.
Please note under the rules of the competition the gate receipts are split between the two clubs, however, Sunderland AFC have waived their rights for that, allowing Stockton to keep all the money raised from the cup tie.
