Player of the Month: Robson receives PL2 nomination

Ethan Robson has been nominated for the Premier League 2 Player of the Month award for November.

Robson enjoyed an impressive month across a range of competitions, featuring in the PL2, PL Cup, PL International Cup and the Checkatrade Trophy, while also frequently training with Chris Coleman’s squad.

The 20-year-old, who has been with the club since the age of eight, has enjoyed an impressive campaign and his consistent performances at under-23 level led to first-team opportunities earlier in the season.

In September, he made his senior debut against Everton in the Carabao Cup and one week later he featured in the Sky Bet Championship, coming off the bench in a home defeat to Cardiff City.

And his consistency is further underlined by the fact he won the PL2 Player of the Month award over a year ago, in September 2016.

Everyone at the club would like to congratulate Robson on his nomination.

Phil Foden (Man City), Jake Hesketh (Southampton), Harry McKirdy (Aston Villa), Adam Phillips (Norwich) have also been nominated and the winner will be announced on 15 December.
