Sunderland’s longest-serving manager, Bob Kyle, is still the last manager from Northern Ireland to lead a team to the League Championship.
Kyle had already given his previous club, Distillery, great service before leaving Belfast to move to Roker Park.
And as a token of their appreciation, the members of Distillery gave Kyle this shield shaped badge which is on display courtesy of Dave Ord.
