Q: What inspired you to support Sunderland?

A: Moved to East Boldon in 1974, aged 11 - I had a good friend at school and his uncle used to get free concession tickets (from selling something ? not sure what ?) and he would take me along as company for his nephew – sort off became ingrained from there

Q: Have you watched Sunderland ‘til I die on Netflix and what did you think of it?

A: Loved it – watched it with both my sons who were born outside the North East so had to translate some parts !

Q: What time are the Sunderland matches on in Indonesia and do you watch them with any other supporters?

A: 3pm KO is 9 or 10 at night (depend on UK Summer time ) not been lucky enough to find anyone else !!!

Q: What was the first Sunderland match you ever watched? Can you remember the score?

A: Notts County – Sept 1975 – Looked the score up – 4.0 !!

Q: How long have you been supporting Sunderland for?

A: Toooooooo Long !1975 to 2019 = 44 years – you get less for murder !

Q: Roughly, how many Sunderland fans are there in Indonesia that you know of?

A: Zero – they are all hiding

Q: What are your plans for the Indonesia branch?

A: I have a new Sports bar Opening up about 10 minutes’ walk from my house – If I could get a small group together then would look to strike a deal with them showing the matches (as we are outside the PL ) and giving us discount on drinks  / food. After that who knows !!
