Vacancy: Ticket office sales advisors

TICKET OFFICE SALES ADVISORS - Zero hours, as and when required - Black Cat House, Stadium of Light

Sunderland AFC are recruiting for Ticket Sales Advisors to support the Ticket Office function, based at Black Cat House. 

On a zero hours contract, the successful candidates will support on an ‘as and when’ required basis, assisting with the smooth running of the ticket office. Training will be given on the Ticketmaster booking system; however, candidates should be customer focused with excellent communication skills to ensure we continue to deliver first class quality service to our customers.

This role will report to the Ticket Office Supervisor and will involve duties including selling and administration of season cards and matchday tickets including car parking, telesales, cash handling/credit card transactions, general administration, IT duties, dealing efficiently and politely with customer queries.

Candidates will be required to work home matches and special events as requested.
