Sessional Coaches (Academy/Youth Development)

(as and when required)

Sunderland AFC is looking to add to their team of sessional academy coaches to work within the Academy providing a high quality of coaching delivery, game management and club customer service through the coaching syllabus and criteria as provided. 

Working on an ‘as and when required’ basis with the ability to work flexibly during evenings and weekends successful candidates must have, or be working towards UEFA B Licence and FA Youth Award. 

Confidentiality and excellent communications are essential with the coach expected to provide quality feedback to the academy players and colleagues as required. 

Previous experience working within football or similar disciplined sport would be an advantage, along with the expectation that you ensure your qualifications and CPD are maintained as required for the role. 

Applicants will be required to hold a clear and valid Enhanced Disclosure and Barring (DBS) certificate prior to commencement.
