We are currently looking to recruit food and beverage assistants to work in a busy, fast-paced environment. As part of the public catering provision at the Stadium of Light, we provide food and beverage catering to thousands of football fans on a regular basis, as well as music concerts. 

As a member of our food/bar service staff you will work within the kiosks on the Stadium of Light concourse on matchday and special event, such as music concerts. You will be expected to work effectively as part of a team, which will be directed by the kiosk supervisor; aiming to go beyond the expectations of customers to ensure they have a memorable, first-class experience.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, with a true passion for people and customer service; willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, along with a positive and pleasant attitude. You will thrive through working in a busy environment and stay calm under pressure. You will be a quick learner with the ability to adapt to the different levels of service required, showing strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. You must also have the capability of working on your own, as well as part of a team, taking instruction well, whilst possessing effective communication skills.
