International development coach heads to South Africa.
Sunderland's international development coach, Gordon Chisholm, has kicked off his stay in South Africa with partner club Bidvest Wits.
The former Black Cats player is in the country until Saturday after spending last week in Ghana with Asante Kotoko.
Chisholm will meet key figures from the South African Premier League side as the two clubs look to further develop their partnership.
After attending events with key business figures as part of a club delegation on Monday, Chisholm headed to Sturrock Park, the Clever Boys' training ground, on Tuesday.
He has met with new head coach Gavin Hunt and his assistant Paul Johnstone, as well as chief executive Jose Ferreira.
As part of his visit, Chisholm will lead coaching workshops as well as focusing on youth development.
He will also take in the club's game against Ajax Cape Town on Friday.
