Former Sunderland skipper Paul Bracewell is looking forward to seeing two of his old clubs meet each other in the next round of the FA Cup with Budweiser.

As a player Bracewell featured in four FA Cup finals, three with Everton and one with Sunderland, and collected runners-up medals for each one.

Bracewell told the Liverpool Echo how he is eagerly anticipating the Goodison Park showdown later this month.

"It will be a massive game. A quarter-final has a big prize at stake. The place will be jumping. Sunderland will obviously bring a great following and there will be a fantastic atmosphere.

"Both teams have a great tradition and they've been to Cup Finals before - obviously Everton a lot more than Sunderland - but make no mistake they are two massive, massive clubs and it means an awful lot to the clubs and the supporters. It will be a fantastic day out."
