• Q - When will tickets be sent out?
A - Tickets will not be sent out until 2-4 weeks before the concert date. People who purchased tickets from outlets can exchange vouchers in person at this time at point of purchase.

• Q - What is the opening and departure time of the Stadium on the day?
A - 2 pm - external courtyards, 4pm - stadium doors, 11pm approximately - close and depart (All timings are provisional at this stage, will be confirmed in due course)

• Q - Will there be parking available on the day of the concert at the Stadium for the public?
A - No, there will be no parking available in the areas in the immediate vicinity around the stadium as the roads will be closed around the stadium sites to ensure the area is safe for the high level of pedestrians coming in and out of the stadium for the events.

Disabled parking will be available to registered blue badge holders who present a valid disabled concert ticket (location to follow).

It is planned that there is park and walk; specific drop off points in and around the city near to the SOL and many other additional transports services to ensure everyone is accommodated - see transport section within the site.

• Q - Will there be coach parking available at the stadium?
A - Yes, there is an area in the immediate area available for designated coach parking, permits for coaches for this area must be purchased from the club in advance and are on a first come basis.

Coach parking spaces can be purchased by calling Sunderland AFC on (0191) 551 5004 or by email - ticket.office@safc.com. Please have credit/debit card details ready.

• Q - Will there be car parking available in the city?
A - There are many car parks within the city, details to follow on this web site when they are confirmed, with Sat Nav addresses.

Coach parking is limited so prompt booking is advised to ensure all coaches can be accommodated.

• Q - Are there still tickets available for the Pink concert to purchase?

• Q - Will there be a guide to assist in finding the stadium, the correct entrance and how to find my seat/area?
A - Yes, all this information will be posted upon the official web site in due course, there will also be a stadium and city guide sent to you with your tickets when these are available nearer the even date.

• Q - What if I purchased a ticket from the SAFC ticket office on the release days, when will I be able to exchange my voucher for my concert ticket?
A - The exchange facility will be available when the club receive tickets nearer the date and this will be communicated through the media and details will be posted on this web site when they are available.

• Q - Will there be food and drinks available to purchase at the event?
A - Yes all public catering areas will have a range of hot/cold food and drinks available within the stadium from doors open until close. There will also be food and drinks available in the early arrival courtyard and extended areas from 2pm show day.

• Q - What if I have a ticket for hospitality area, what time will these areas close?
A - All hospitality areas will remain open late and will offer a range of food and drink offerings throughout in superb surroundings.

• Q - Will areas within the city be open late after the concert?
A - Yes, there are many bars, restaurants and night clubs which will remain open until late for concert goers to enjoy in the city centre of Sunderland. Details of offers from various venues will be made available on the website in due course.

• Q - What is Sunderland Live?
A - Sunderland Live is a program of activities that are music related that will take place in the weeks prior and after the concert in 2010 to support the concert within the city. Further details of this program will be available on the official concert website.

• Q - Can I purchase official Pink merchandise at the concert?
A - Yes, but only within the stadium in defined areas and at official outdoor locations, it is strongly recommended that you do not purchase merchandise from any non official traders as this is non-official merchandise and these people will be trading illegally.

• Q - Can I bring my own food and drinks into the Stadium?
A - No, food or drink can be brought into the stadium, searches will be applied at point of entry and guests will be asked to discard any food and drinks before entering.

• Q - What if I have a general admission ticket, where do I sit/stand?
A - All general admission ticket holders will receive a wrist band on entry and will be directed to the Inner Bowl (on pitch/standing area), there are no seats available for a general admission ticket (standing only).

• Q - Will there be drinking water available?
A - Yes, there will be drinking water available.

• Q - What if I have a disabled ticket, where will I go?
A - Your ticket will have a defined entry point and there is a special viewing location to accommodate you and your needs. Entrance is via disabled turnstile which will be defined on your ticket. (Please note disabled tickets are only for official blue badge holders.)

• Q - What if I am pregnant and have a general admission ticket, where will I go?
A - There are no seats available for general standing admission tickets, so it is advised that if you are pregnant to purchase a seated ticket.

• Q - Who are the support acts for Pink?

• Q - What if I or one of my guests fell unwell or have an accident?
A - There will be many stewards, first aid staff and support staff available to assist with any situations of this nature; the stadium also has first aid treatment rooms and direct links with emergency services. Please find nearest steward if you require any assistance.

• Q - Where will the stage be within the stadium?
A - The stage for the Pink concert will be built of South stand facing North.

• Q - Is there any age restrictions or parental guidance for the Pink concert?
A - There is no age restriction for the Pink concert, however under 14's are not permitted in the standing area. It is recommended that under 14's purchase a reserved seated ticket. (This is a strict condition)

• Q - Will I be able to purchase food and drink in the stadium during the concert?
A - Yes, there will be a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, snacks and meal deals available at all the bars and kiosks around the stadium. There will also be on Pitch dispense services for GA patrons.

• Q - Is the stadium a smoking venue?
A - No, the stadium of Light is a non-smoking venue.
